I used to love Rhodes rolls - grab them out of the freezer, defrost and you have freshly-baked bread for dinner. Recently I discovered the cinnamon rolls in the freezer section. I love them for so many reasons.
1. They are delicious.
2. They come in a 12 pack, so you can take out as many as you need and keep the rest frozen. For the hubs and I that means we occasionally have these on the weekends.
3. They come with cream cheese frosting. And not just a little, but plenty of frosting. It's so good.
4. They're super easy. I set my alarm so that I remember to take them out of the freezer the night before before I head off to bed. I arrange 4 in a pan and put them in the refrigerator and then the best part of my plan: I put a note on the coffee maker which reminds my husband to take the rolls out of the fridge and put them on the counter to finish rising (1-2 hours) so I can sleep in.
5. It's like having fresh-homemade cinnamon rolls without the work.
Go buy some. You won't regret it!
