Corn Pudding

Recipe from my grandma-in-law


2 cans creamed corn

1 can kernel corn, drained

2 eggs, slightly beaten

1 box Jiffy corn bread mix

3/4 cup milk

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/2 t. salt

 

Mix ingredients and pour into greased 2 qt. glass casserole (8 x 8 or 9 x9) and bake at 325 degree oven (pre-heated) for 65-70 minutes.
