2 tablespoons ground ancho chili pepper
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons ground paprika
1 teaspoon ground oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
Mix together all ingredients until well incorporated. Store in an airtight container at room temperature until ready to use. Add about 1 1/2 tablespoons of taco seasoning and 1-2 tablespoons of water per pound of ground meat.
